HOURS OF OPERATION
Please be aware that this is a home based business run by a parent. While my website is always available to you, I am not. My works hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00pm eastern standard time. Almost all communication that you receive from me will come during those hours.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
The typical turnaround time for most orders is 7-10 days but an order could take up to two weeks to arrive.
I do not stock all of the wrappers in the catalog, so there are some times when I will have to order the supplies for your specific wrapper order. This ordering time is built into the total turnaround time for the wrapper orders.
I charge a flat rate shipping rate of $5 unless otherwise noted on the website. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service using the most economical method available. You can upgrade your shipping method to Priority Mail when checking out. Please note that all orders that contain chocolate will be shipped by Priority Mail, no exceptions so there is no need to upgrade your shipping. I use flat rate packaging whenever possible to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Priority Mail packages are trackable and insured. In the summer months and when shipping to warmer climates, I will ship all chocolate packages on ice. Express mail service is available upon request at a premium charge. Please contact me to discuss Express shipping.
This is a ship at your own risk shop. I will not take any responsibility for any product damage or delays that occur while the package is in transit to you. I have no control over what happens to my products after I leave them with the Post Office and I will not take responsibility for anything that happens in transit. Please be mindful that you are ordering a food item that will melt if left in extreme heat. Please make sure that someone is home to receive your shipment or make arrangements to have your package delivered to a place where it will be kept in a cool, dry place.
Local delivery is available for orders within 20 miles of my office. I am located in Brewster, NY and I will gladly deliver your order to you or arrange a pickup location with you. Local delivery is free of charge.
Each customers wrapper order is a one of a kind design that is created exclusively for that customer and I want you to be happy with the final product. Upon completion of the draft of a customer’s wrapper design, I will send an email proof to that customer for review/approval. The customer at that time can make changes to the wrapper design or approve the design as it is. Please note that I will not ship anything without approval from the customer. Please make sure you check your email and your spam filters for this proof and please reply to my messages. No orders will ship without final approval from the customer.
Due to the highly personalized nature of this product, it is considered Final Sale. There are no returns or refunds on personalized, printed wrapper orders. The customer will have the chance to review and make changes to the wrapper design before it goes to print. I will ship the wrapper design approved by the customer. In the event that I make a mistake or ship you an inaccurate item that differs from the final proof that you approved, I will gladly reprint the order at my own expense. I will not take responsibility for customer errors or shipping delays.
